Across 40 years in media leadership, entrepreneurship and coaching, one skill has shaped my results – the ability to influence people through clear, confident and meaningful communication.

I spent nearly two decades in senior sales roles with The Times of India, The Indian Express, The Hindu, India Today Group and Zee Network as Senior VP , Sales Head leading a 350+ national teams and delivering high-stakes presentations to clients, CXOs and boards. Those years honed my leadership ability and taught me that influencing decisions through communication is not about great slides, it’s about clarity, narrative and presence.

Since 2002, we’ve built Aspiration into a trusted recruitment partner across industries known for presenting only the 4–5 most relevant candidates per mandate. Through thousands of interviews, I saw how professionals struggled to signal credibility and cultural fit and how the way they presented themselves changed outcomes. Hiring top senior candidates taught me what executive presence looks like and I’ve since coached thousands of leaders improving their presence and jobseekers on communicating their value proposition with influence.

Today, I bring a perspective that blends corporate leadership, entrepreneurial execution and communication psychology helping organisations strengthen how their teams and leaders communicate in client meetings, internal reviews, and stakeholder conversations with clarity and purpose.
