I spent nearly two decades in senior sales leadership roles with The Times of India, The Indian Express, The Hindu, India Today Group and as Senior VP – Network Sales at Zee TV Network, leading national teams of 350+ and interacting regularly with CXOs and decision-makers. It helped me align outcomes to business impact.
Since 2002, through Aspiration, our recruitment and career support business, I have evaluated and interacted with 10,000+ professionals across industries and leadership levels. Importantly, being an entrepreneur taught me about ownership and handling uncertainty.
